Privacy Policy
How SCOPERR handles information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information SCOPERR collects through its website, contact and careers forms, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices available to visitors and applicants.
Plain-language summary
SCOPERR collects the information you choose to submit through our contact and careers forms. Contact enquiries may include project, budget, timeline, and company details. Career applications may include contact details, professional links, a cover note, location, and a PDF resume. We use this information to respond, assess the relevant enquiry or application, protect the website from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information or use these submissions for advertising retargeting.
1. Who we are
SCOPERR is operated by SCOPERR LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company.
SCOPERR is a software company focused on websites, web applications, automation, product engineering, and technical systems for founders, startups, and growing businesses. In this policy, “SCOPERR,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SCOPERR LLC and its website at scoperr.com.
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact us at legal@scoperr.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide, technical information needed to run and secure the website, and information generated by our anti-abuse systems.
Name, email address, company name if provided, and any details you include in your message.
Project type, budget range, timeline, and the business or technical context you choose to share.
Name, email, optional phone and location, portfolio or professional profile links, cover note, role applied for, and the PDF resume you submit.
IP-derived security signals, rate-limit counters, duplicate-submission checks, CSRF validation, and bot-protection results.
Information needed to deliver the website, such as request metadata, browser/network signals, and hosting logs.
Privacy-conscious usage and performance measurements supplied by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, such as page and performance events and limited device or request context.
3. Forms, uploads, analytics, and bot protection
Our contact and careers forms use security controls designed to reduce spam, automated submissions, and abuse. These controls include signed CSRF tokens, same-origin checks, honeypot fields, rate limits, duplicate detection, server-side validation, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Career uploads are limited to verified PDF files of up to 10MB and are stored in a private resume bucket.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify whether a visitor is likely to be a real person rather than an automated bot. The Turnstile widget runs in the browser and produces a token that our server sends to Cloudflare for verification. Cloudflare may process technical signals as part of that verification.
We use these measures to protect the website, our inbox, application records, and people submitting legitimate enquiries or applications. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand general website usage and performance. These tools are not used by SCOPERR to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate about potential projects;
- understand your business need, scope, budget, and timeline;
- prepare follow-up questions, proposals, or next-step guidance;
- review career applications, assess suitability for a role, contact applicants, and administer recruitment records;
- protect the website from spam, abuse, bots, and misuse;
- maintain internal business records and improve our process; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
5. Legal basis where applicable
Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, we generally rely on the basis that matches the specific purpose:
- Responding to enquiries: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests, because you contacted us about potential work.
- Career applications: steps taken at your request before a potential employment or contractor relationship, and our legitimate interests in recruiting and maintaining application records.
- Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests, because we need to protect the website, contact form, inbox, and business operations.
- Business records: legitimate interests or legal obligations, depending on the record and applicable requirements.
- Optional future communications: consent or legitimate interests, depending on the communication and applicable law.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, deliver email, protect public forms, host the website and database, store private resume files, measure website performance, or maintain security.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SCOPERR, our users, or others.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Contact enquiries: normally retained for up to 24 months unless the enquiry becomes an active client relationship or needs to be kept longer for business or legal reasons.
- Career applications: normally retained for up to 24 months after submission unless recruitment remains active, you ask us to delete the record, or a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Security counters and duplicate checks: generally short-lived and used to prevent abuse of the public forms.
- Business records: retained as needed for contracts, invoices, tax, legal, or operational records.
