Privacy Policy
How SCOPERR handles information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information SCOPERR collects through its website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices available to people who contact us.
Plain-language summary
SCOPERR collects the information you choose to submit through our contact form, such as your name, email address, company, project details, budget range, timeline, and message. We use it to respond to you, understand whether we can help, protect the website from abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal information or use contact form submissions for advertising retargeting.
1. Who we are
SCOPERR is operated by SCOPERR LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company.
SCOPERR is a software company focused on websites, web applications, automation, product engineering, and technical systems for founders, startups, and growing businesses. In this policy, “SCOPERR,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SCOPERR LLC and its website at scoperr.com.
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact us at legal@scoperr.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide, technical information needed to run and secure the website, and information generated by our anti-abuse systems.
Name, email address, company name if provided, and any details you include in your message.
Project type, budget range, timeline, and the business or technical context you choose to share.
IP-derived security signals, rate-limit counters, duplicate-submission checks, CSRF validation, and bot-protection results.
Information needed to deliver the website, such as request metadata, browser/network signals, and hosting logs.
3. Contact form and bot protection
Our contact form uses security controls designed to reduce spam, automated submissions, and abuse. These controls may include CSRF tokens, origin checks, honeypot fields, rate limiting, duplicate detection, content validation, and Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify whether a visitor is likely to be a real person rather than an automated bot. The Turnstile widget runs in the browser and produces a token that our server sends to Cloudflare for verification. Cloudflare may process technical signals as part of that verification.
We use these measures to protect the website, our inbox, and people submitting legitimate enquiries.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate about potential projects;
- understand your business need, scope, budget, and timeline;
- prepare follow-up questions, proposals, or next-step guidance;
- protect the website from spam, abuse, bots, and misuse;
- maintain internal business records and improve our process; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
5. Legal basis where applicable
Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, we generally rely on the basis that matches the specific purpose:
- Responding to enquiries: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests, because you contacted us about potential work.
- Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests, because we need to protect the website, contact form, inbox, and business operations.
- Business records: legitimate interests or legal obligations, depending on the record and applicable requirements.
- Optional future communications: consent or legitimate interests, depending on the communication and applicable law.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, deliver email, protect the contact form, host the application, or maintain security.
Website hosting and infrastructure providers used to serve the website and API routes.
Email providers used to receive and respond to contact enquiries.
Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and abuse prevention.
Rate limiting infrastructure used for short-lived rate-limit and duplicate-submission controls.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SCOPERR, our users, or others.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Contact enquiries: normally retained for up to 24 months unless the enquiry becomes an active client relationship or needs to be kept longer for business or legal reasons.
- Security counters and duplicate checks: generally short-lived and used to prevent abuse of the contact form.
- Business records: retained as needed for contracts, invoices, tax, legal, or operational records.
8. International processing
SCOPERR may use service providers or infrastructure located in different countries. When information is processed internationally, we aim to use appropriate safeguards and reputable providers. By using the website or contacting us, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, email legal@scoperr.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children’s privacy
SCOPERR’s website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Changes to this policy
