Challenge

Treasury teams often depend on spreadsheets, manual report updates, email follow-ups, and slow approval loops. Many competing workflows still need people to collect files, clean data, refresh reports, send exports, and track changes by hand. StoneRose wanted SLOS to feel different: a SaaS product where the core work is structured, automated, secure, and ready for AI support.

Approach

SCOPERR helped StoneRose turn its treasury knowledge into a product system. We shaped the user journeys, built secure workspace flows, added role-based access, created upload and export workflows, connected reporting experiences, and designed the platform so future AI features can support cash review, forecasting signals, and decision-making without exposing unnecessary complexity to users.

Result

SLOS became a practical SaaS platform for treasury teams. Users can access reports, upload data, manage workspace members, export outputs, receive updates, and track activity from one product. The experience reduces manual effort and gives StoneRose a stronger foundation to scale its treasury service into a software-led business.

Stonerose Treasury - SLOS Web APP

StoneRose wanted a cleaner way for finance teams to understand cash, plan ahead, and act faster. Instead of relying on manual spreadsheets and scattered reporting, SCOPERR helped shape SLOS into a SaaS product where treasury workflows, dashboards, approvals, exports, and alerts work together in one place.

OutcomeSLOS became a practical SaaS platform for treasury teams. Users can access reports, upload data, manage workspace members, export outputs, receive updates, and track activity from one product. The experience reduces manual effort and gives StoneRose a stronger foundation to scale its treasury service into a software-led business.

I have worked with Scoperr over the past ten months to transform an idea into a production-ready SaaS product. The journey has been challenging and demanding, but also immensely rewarding, and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.

FAQ

The doubts worth clearing before we start.

No. We can help with new ideas, existing websites, unfinished products, internal tools, or systems that need to be improved, rebuilt, or connected properly.

That is a normal starting point. We can help clarify the goal, define the scope, and decide what should be built first.

Yes. Before development starts, we look at the business goal, users, workflow, and first useful version so the build does not become bigger than it needs to be.

We can review what already exists, identify what should stay, what should improve, and what may need to be rebuilt. Not every project needs to start from zero.

Yes. A phased approach is often the best way to launch faster, reduce risk, and keep future improvements planned without overloading the first version.

Yes. Project ownership, access, code handoff, accounts, and deployment details should be clear before launch so the business is not locked out of its own system.

Yes. We explain the tradeoffs in plain language and recommend a practical direction based on the product, budget, timeline, and long-term goal.

We review the project details and respond with the next step. If the project is a good fit, we move into a discovery conversation and define the scope from there.

Still unsure?

Bring the rough version. We can help turn it into a clear next step.
